Hamsters can occasionally wear clothes to look pretty and take pictures, but it is best not to wear them for a long time. Hamsters are soft-tissue animals that can fall off when put on. Moreover, hamsters don’t like to wear clothes, and they will chew the clothes on their bodies, which will cause the hamsters to eat the threads or fabrics on the clothes. If this happens, it will cause intestinal discomfort in the hamster and even lead to intestinal obstruction.

If you want to keep your hamster warm, you can do the following:

1. Move the hamster to a warm place. If possible, turn on the air conditioner in the room where the hamster is located. Or use heating to keep the environment at a suitable temperature;

2. Increase bedding. The owner can add cotton, paper towels, velvet and other items to the hamster's bedding to wrap it up and keep warm;

3. Prepare the hamster nest. The owner can put a hamster nest in the cage so that they can get in to keep warm when it is cold;

4. Replace the cage. The owner can replace the hamster with another one. A draft-free cage to prevent cold wind from blowing to the hamster;

5. You can purchase a heating pad or heating lamp and place it in a suitable position in the hamster cage to achieve a warm effect;

6. Feed the hamster high-calorie foods such as soybean meal, whole grains, peanuts, melon seeds, etc. to store enough fat nutrients so that it can survive the winter safely and smoothly.
