Nowadays, many owners of pet dogs raised at home will provide the best treatment to their dogs within their ability. Whether it is diet or clothing, they are very comprehensive and in place. Many people like dogs for different reasons. Some people Some people like dogs to be cute and naughty, while some people like dogs to be smart and well-behaved. So today I will introduce you to a few tips for testing a dog’s IQ.

【First move: table test method】

1. Place a soft cushion on a table of appropriate height.

2. Use something to block the front of the table so that the dog cannot see under the table! It is very important!

3. When the dog cannot see the table, if dog food (or dried meat or other things that the dog is interested in) is thrown from high altitude to the soft cushion on the table in front of the dog, what will the dog do? ?

Test results:

A. When the dog saw that the dog food was missing from its owner’s hands, he thought the dog food had fallen under the table, so he got under the table to look for the dog food.

B. The dog barks at the table because it knows that the dog food is actually still on the table! Some dogs see that the dog food is missing, and they directly pounce on the table to eat the dog food!

Choice B is a smart dog!

【Second method: Sofa test method】

1. Tie the dried meat your dog loves to eat on a long, thick rope.

2. Put the dried meat into the gap under the sofa in front of the dog. It must be a place where the dog can see it but cannot easily get it. Leave the end of the rope out. How should the dog do it?

Test results:

A. The dog tried hard to reach under the sofa with its paws to get the dried meat, but ignored the existence of the rope.

B. The dog dug out and saw the rope moving along with the dried meat, so he started to pull the rope!

Choice B is a smart dog!

【The third method: chair test method】

1. Place two back chairs on their sides on the ground, only close the backs of the chairs, but leave a gap.

2. Bring the dog to the place where the chair back is closed.

3. Let the dog stand outside the back of the chair, and the owner stand inside the back of the chair, so that the dog can see you through the gap, then put the dried meat on the ground and see how your dog takes the dried meat!

Test results:

A. The big dog jumped over the back of the chair and jumped in to eat.(shortcut).

B. The little dog looked through the gap and was too anxious to jump in. It was spinning in circles anxiously.

C. Go around to the chair and enter from the other end of the two chairs!

Choice C is a highly intelligent dog!

This test method is suitable for adult dogs. If you select at least two smart options from the three tests, congratulations on raising a smart dog. Of course, there are also many dogs that have been trained, and the testing process for trained dogs will be simpler.
