Look at the appearance of a Corgi and its coat color

The hair of a Corgi in good condition is thick, dense, soft and shiny. Corgis are mainly two-color and three-color. The two-colors are mostly yellow and white, and the three-color Corgis are Mostly in three colors: black, yellow and white. Regardless of whether it is a two-color Corgi or a three-color Corgi, the color on the back can only be one color (except Blue Meteor).

Corgi’s appearance and head

The Corgi’s head is a straight strip, long and straight but not wide. The forehead is a bit protruding, but the back of the head is not protruding. The eyes are blue, oval, medium in size, brown with dark circles. The nose is black and the muzzle is slightly tapered.

Look at Corgi’s ears

Purebred Corgi’s ears are thicker and erect. The ears are fairly wide and flat between the ears, and are close to an equilateral triangle in shape from base to tip. Large, weak ears, droopy ears, small ears, and pointed ears are all substandard ears, are faults, and are not a pure breed.

The appearance of a Corgi depends on its tail

The Corgi’s tail should be as short as possible, and the cross section should not be jagged, and should droop naturally. When the Corgi is active, the tail should be raised flush with the topline, and when resting, the tail should be lowered. A tail that is not docked, a tail that is not docked cleanly, a tail that is too high or too low is a fault.
