How to train a Teddy dog to hold something in its mouth? First, put a leash on the Teddy dog, then grab the dog collar with one hand, and throw the object with the other hand; after letting the Teddy dog go, issue a retrieval command so that the Teddy dog can learn to hold it. Pick up and bite objects; when the Teddy dog bites the object, it must give a come back command. In the early stage, the traction belt can be used to encourage the Teddy dog to pick up the object.
1. Put a leash on the Teddy dog to ensure that the Teddy dog can be controlled. Grasp the teddy dog's collar with one hand and throw the object a short distance with the other hand.
2. Let go of the hand holding the Teddy dog's collar and give the "Get back" command to the Teddy dog. After the Teddy dog learns to pick up and bite objects, it should learn to chase objects.
3. When the Teddy dog picks up the object, the command "come back" should be issued to recall the Teddy dog. The owner lowers his head slightly and encourages the teddy dog to pick up the object. If necessary, gently pull on the leash.
4. When the Teddy dog returns to its owner, the owner should stroke the Teddy dog's back, reward its obedience, and praise the Teddy dog. Put your hand on the teddy dog's jaw to prevent the teddy dog from spitting out objects.
5. Give the "let go" command to the Teddy dog, and at the same time take out the object from the Teddy dog's mouth. Once the teddy dog spits out the object, immediately praise the teddy dog.
6. Order the Teddy dog to sit down and remind the Teddy dog that the owner is always controlling it. Then throw the object to the Teddy dog to play with as a reward at the end of the training.
