1. Body shape: The Pomeranian is more compact and shorter than the Fox Dog, while the Fox Dog has a more stretched body.
2. Shoulder height: The shoulder height of Pomeranian is about 23cm, and the shoulder height of small fox dog is 23-28cm, which is slightly larger than Pomeranian.
3. Mouth: The Pomeranian’s mouth is shorter than that of the Spitz, with the frontal section at 90°-95°. The Spitz’s mouth is slightly longer, with the forehead section greater than 90°
4. Coat: The Pomeranian’s coat is relatively long (especially the chest hair), and the Fox Terrier’s hair is not as long and dense as the Pomeranian.
5. Ears: The ears of the standard Pomeranian are very small and can hardly be seen buried in the hair. The ears of the miniature fox dog are slightly larger.
6. Tail: Pomeranian requires a high tail base and long tail hair, while a Fox Dog requires a low tail base and short tail hair.
7. Personality: Pomeranians are relatively well-behaved, while fox dogs are timid by nature and like to bark.
