Head

Medium size, deep, broad skull, well-muscled and angular cheeks; eyes set high. Ears - cropped or uncropped, the latter is often used. Uncropped ears should be short and erect or semi-erect. Sagging is a fault. Eyes - Deep and round, set in the middle of the skull and widely spaced apart. The eyelids are angular. Muzzle--Medium length, round, tapering just below the eyes. The jaws are distinct, the lower collar is prominent, and the bite is strong and hard. The lips are closed and sometimes even tight. The upper teeth are against the outside of the lower teeth. The nose is black.

Neck

Stout, slightly arched, tapering from the shoulders to the back of the head. The skin is not loose. Medium length.

Shoulders

Strong, muscular, flat and broad, with a slight slope.

Back

Slightly short, slightly sloping from shoulder blades to croup, with a slight slope at the base of the tail. The waist is slightly arched.

Torso

The ribs are well extended and closely spaced, with the rear pairs slightly retracted. The front legs are widely spaced to facilitate chest development. Chest deep and broad.

Tail

Relative to the body shape, it is short, set low, tapers to the tip, and does not curl or rise above the back. Keep tailing.

Legs

The front legs are straight, strong, round-boned, and the wrists are erect. Do not bend forward. The thighs are well muscled, pointing downward at the hock joints, neither abducting nor adducting. Feet are of medium size, well arched and compact. The step is springy, not rocking or pacing.

Coat

Short, dense, feels hard and smooth.

Coat color

Any color, solid color, parti-color, or markings are allowed, but pure white, more than 80% white, and liver color are discouraged.

Body shape

Height and weight should be proportional. The ideal shoulder height for male dogs is 45.7 to 48.3 cm, and for female dogs is 43.2 to 45.7 cm.

Defects

The following defects should be eliminated: Dudley nose, ears, pink eye color, tail that is too long or poorly shaped, jaw protruding or retracted.

Lifespan

Because they are hybrid breeds, their lifespan is shorter than that of normal dogs. Their lifespan is generally 7 to 8 years.
