The differences between dog colds and minor differences

1. Symptoms

Colds: main symptoms include poor mental state and feeling listless all day long Lack of energy; there is often watery, non-purulent nasal mucus flowing out of the dog's nostrils; the eyes are red and congested, with inexplicable tears flowing out; the appetite is reduced, and even the dog does not eat; and fever may also occur.

Minor: Sick dogs will be depressed, not eating, and vomiting. Diarrhea begins about a day after the onset of the disease. After the onset of the disease, the frequency increases, the tenesmus becomes severe, and the bloody stools have a special fishy odor. A few hours after the bloody stool, the sick dog showed symptoms of severe dehydration, sunken eyeballs, dry nose, reduced skin elasticity, and significant weight loss.

2. Route of infection

Cold: It is a respiratory disease caused by a variety of bacteria and is a high-risk disease in dogs.

Parvovirus: Parvovirus is a relatively acute infectious disease caused by canine parvovirus.

3. Treatment method

Cold: Take some Radix Isatidis or Bupleurum or Pediatric Cold Granules or Antiviral Granules, 1 packet a day, divided into 1 packet 3 times. 1 time is 1/3.

Parvovirus: It is recommended that the owner isolate the dog from other dogs as soon as possible, and take the sick dog to the pet hospital for parvovirus screening, and actively carry out antiviral treatment.
