Schnauzers have trouble biting people after being vaccinated. After being bitten by a dog that has been vaccinated against rabies, the usual clinical advice is to still follow the treatment principles after rabies exposure, clean and disinfect the wound promptly and correctly, and vaccinate against rabies for the following reasons:

1. It is not certain whether dogs can develop effective immunity after being vaccinated.

2. Animal rabies vaccine needs to be vaccinated every 11 months and must be vaccinated continuously on schedule. If the interval is too long, it is very likely that the antibodies in the dog's body will disappear.

3. After being vaccinated against rabies, it only prevents the dog from developing rabies, but does not guarantee that the body does not carry rabies virus. Therefore, after being bitten, the wound must be treated in accordance with the regulations and the rabies vaccine must be vaccinated in time.

Precautions for vaccination if a dog bites a person:

1. Because the incubation period of rabies vaccine is uncertain, it is recommended that patients receive rabies vaccine as early as possible.

2. Eat more milk, eggs and other foods in your diet, and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

3. Pay attention to skin care at the vaccination site and keep it dry and clean to avoid infection.
