Why does Teddy often cry?

Teddy often sheds tears for the following three reasons: 1. Trichiasis, which means one or two of Teddy’s eyelashes will grow into the eyes; 2. Eye inflammation, because there is foreign matter in Teddy’s eyes or is irritated by foreign matter. All can lead to eye inflammation; 3. Nasolacrimal duct obstruction. This situation cannot be discovered intuitively, so you can only seek help from a professional veterinarian.

Tip:

Nearly half of Teddy dogs have shallow eyes and closed tear ducts. This symptom will cause the inner space of Teddy eyes to become smaller. The carrying capacity of tears becomes less, and excess tears will overflow. In normal times, owners should not feed their dogs food with high salt content. Long-term consumption will cause the dog to shed tears frequently.
