German Shepherd Food Standard

The general method is to look at the dosage on the label on the back of the dog food. In fact, all dog food is based on a calorie calculation method to determine the feeding amount. The method is as follows:
Assume: A one-year-old German Shepherd weighs 33 kilograms, then the calories the German Shepherd needs per day is calculated as follows:
1. Multiply the dog’s weight (kg) three times (33x33x33=35937)
2. Then take the root sign of the answer to 1. (=189.57)
3. Then take the square root sign of the answer to 2. (=13.76)
4. Multiply the answer of 3. by 125 (= 1720) It is concluded that the calories required by this golden retriever per day is 1720 calories. If it's an overweight or inactive dog, it's better to multiply 125 by 100. When you get the correct calorie count, count the calories in a cup of dog food your dog eats. For example, you're eating an 8-ounce measuring cup (about the average household rice cup), which contains 550 calories. If you divide 1720 into 550, you will have three more drinks that day.
