First of all, prepare the relevant tools for cleaning the ears, including ear hair clippers, mineral oil, cotton swabs, and soothe the dog's emotions
Then place the dog on the table or between your legs. Be careful not to injure the dog, but also make sure it doesn't move around.
The hair on the Samoyed’s ears is relatively thick, making it difficult to see clearly the condition inside the dog’s ear canal. Therefore, the Samoyed’s ear hair should be trimmed before removing its ears.
Then the owner uses his left hand to open the dog's ears. If he is afraid that the Samoyed will move around due to pain, he can sprinkle some ear powder on his outer ears, and then gently massage the roots of the dog's ears. Dispersing the ear powder more evenly can better relieve the dog's pain, and then the owner can use tweezers to remove the Samoyed's ear hair.
Next, drop a little ear oil into the dog's ear canal, and then gently massage the ear. After 1-2 minutes, use a cotton swab to help clean out the earwax in the ear canal.
