1. Establish an initial friendly relationship in a quiet environment

After the trainer comes into contact with the dog, he should First use the leash to lead the dog to a quiet environment so that the dog can become familiar with the trainer and the environment it is exposed to. Because the environment is quiet, with no other people, livestock, or interference from other vehicles and sounds, the dog's attention can basically be focused on the trainer, and it can respond quickly to the trainer's every move. Therefore, after two to three days of contact, the dog will develop initial attachment to the trainer. At this time, the dog can be released appropriately and allowed to move freely, but attention should be paid to the dog's behavior. At the same time, you must keep an eye on all directions, listen in all directions, always pay attention to the surrounding situation, foresee and deal with possible situations in a timely manner, and ensure the safety of the dog.

2. Cultivation of affinity relationships in a general environment

A general environment refers to an environment where there are people, dogs, vehicles and other external stimuli and which the dog is familiar with. In this kind of environment, we must make the dog develop a certain ability to resist interference, so as to show good affinity and obedience. The main problem to be solved at this stage is the coming problem. The usual method is to let the dog go, let the dog eliminate urination and defecation freely, and then ask the dog to come. If the dog does not come due to interference from other factors, the trainer can induce the dog to come by clapping, squatting, retreating, running in the opposite direction, hiding, etc., to force the dog to obey the trainer's call. Dogs that pick up food everywhere and refuse to eat or do anything must be stopped in time. If the dog can come quickly when it hears the trainer's call when there is interference, it means that the affinity relationship has reached a certain level. It must be noted that if the dog cannot come forward, the trainer cannot run up to chase the dog; when the dog is close to the trainer, the dog cannot use sudden movements to control the dog to prevent the dog from becoming afraid of the trainer and not daring to move forward.

3. Cultivation of affinity relationships in complex environments

Complex environments usually refer to traffic in streets, city centers and other places. In these places, dogs are easily susceptible to various external stimuli and disobey the trainer's call. Therefore, the trainer must firmly control the dog so that the dog can move and walk sideways as the trainer does. When a dog expresses fear of a certain stimulus, its neural activity should be reduced in time. If active defense and attack are displayed, stop immediately. This kind of repeated training can make the dog completely adapt to the interference of external stimuli.
