Then place your right hand in the bathtub, use warm water to gently wet the buttocks, back, abdomen, hind limbs, shoulders, and forelimbs in order, and apply shampoo (pet shampoo is best).

After gently rubbing, rinse quickly with a comb. Before rinsing, press the sides of the anus with your fingers to squeeze out the secretions from the anal glands. Use your left hand or right hand to cover your ears from the lower jaw upward, and gently rinse with water from the top of your head downwards. Be careful to prevent water from flowing into your ears.

Then rinse all parts of the body with clean water from front to back, and immediately wrap the head with a towel and dry the water. You can use a hair dryer to blow dry. While blowing, you should keep combing the hair. As long as the Pomeranian puppy's hair is not dry, you should keep combing it until the hair is dry.
