How to groom Teddy? First, you need to comb the hair to make it less tangled, then plug the ears with cotton, and then bathe Teddy with special pet bath liquid. Remember to squeeze the anal glands, and use a hair dryer to blow it after washing it. After combing and blow-drying, clean Teddy's ears and nails. After doing this, you can trim Teddy's hair and give him a nice look.

1. Combing: Combing can make the hair less tangled and can also remove large areas of dirt so that the owner can bathe Teddy easily.

2. Bathing: When bathing, the dander on the skin can be removed. Special bath liquid for pets must be used. In addition, the ears should be plugged with cotton to prevent water from entering. Wash once every two weeks in summer and once a month in winter. Wash it once. Bathing too frequently can destroy the oily protective layer on Teddy's hair.

3. Hair spray: If Teddy’s living environment is dry, it may cause a lot of dandruff. Spraying on the fur will prevent moisture from evaporating quickly from your Teddy's fur.

4. Comb the fur after washing: You can use a hair dryer to blow and comb it. The hair dryer should not be too close to Teddy, and the temperature should not be adjusted too high, otherwise Teddy will be burned. If you see a hair bump while combing, you can wet your hair with water and comb it through. If the knot still won't open, you may have to cut it off.

5. Clean ears and nails: Use a cotton swab to gently drip into the ear canal. Be careful not to insert the cotton swab too deep. Then trim your nails, confirm where you want to cut, then cut quickly, and finally use a file to smooth out the uneven areas.

6. Anal glands: Anal glands are located between four and eight points below the dog’s anus. When you have touched both pouches, you can start squeezing the anus against the dog. The squeeze should be light to hard, and do not put your face close to the dog's anus, as fluid from your anal glands can squirt into your face.

7. Trimming: Pay attention to six lines: foot line, back line, hip line, chest line, waist line and head line. The laziest way is to cut it shorter based on the last trim, but if you want to change the shape of the dog, you need to do some homework in advance and judge which shape it is suitable for according to the shape and characteristics of the dog.

Don’t use “one size fits all” when trimming. You must know that once you do this, Teddy’s hair will not be able to be reattached. In order to give Teddy the best look, it is better to spend more time trimming it carefully.
