1. Fill in the form

First, go to the dog license office in each district and get a (dog license information check form). You will need to fill in the form: dog owner’s information, district and county, street, police station, postal code, gender, year of birth. Month Day. Dog information is the information about your dog (if it is not a fierce dog, do not lie about the information, even if it is a big dog, you must report it truthfully). The dog information will ask you to fill in the dog's name (that is, the name you gave it), The type of dog (for example: Husky), coat color, the nature of keeping the dog, its purpose (watching, guarding), and the gender of the dog (female, male). Then there is the type of document of the dog owner (ID card, passport, residence permit, other), just write one type. Finally, attach a 3-inch color photo of the dog.

2. Seal

After filling out the information form, you will receive a form, which needs to be stamped with two stamps, one is the stamp of the neighborhood committee, and the other is the stamp of the local police station. In addition, the form also requires signatures from neighbors, and the number of signatures is between 4 and 6 households. First of all, you need the signatures of your neighbors in the same building. They must be residents of the same building as you, otherwise it will be invalid (unless you live in a private house). Under normal circumstances, it is enough to sign up to 4 households. Then take the signed form to the neighborhood committee to have it stamped. As long as the signature is signed by the resident, the resident committee's seal will be stamped quickly. Then take the form with the seal of the neighborhood committee to the police station in charge of your community to get it stamped by the police. The police will come to your door to check whether the signature is true and stamp it after verification.

After the two stamps are completed, take the dog certificate information check form you filled out for the first time and 1,000 yuan, and go to the place where the dog certificate is issued to pay and hand in the form. The dog certification office will collect the signed and stamped form, as well as the money, and then sign the correct information checklist for your dog certification. The agency will give you a checklist, an invoice, and a canine immune health examination notice for you to vaccinate and microchip your dog. The staff will give you a business card of the place where you want to vaccinate. There will be an address on it. Generally, the unified application time has passed. If so, they always go to the local animal husbandry station.

3. There are a few points to note when getting vaccinations and microchips:

1. Before vaccination, it is best to buy a harness-style rope for your dog. Do not use a collar, because the chip is implanted from the back of the head and neck.

2. Do not take other vaccines one month before going to the epidemic prevention station to get vaccinated. I went to the defense station to give the dog a total of 3 shots, 7 doses, a single rabies shot, and a microchip shot.

3. Give the dog a bath 1 week to 10 days after the microchip is applied, and do not touch the dog’s head and neck! Deworming drugs should also be given to the dog 3-4 days later.

IV. Waiting

Waiting for the day when your certificate will come out. Although each district has different speeds, there will always be a day when it comes out. Don’t be impatient. But be careful, even if you have obtained the permit, you still need to be civilized when you go out to walk your dog.
