What to do if your dog is panting and short of breath

1. Don’t get too close to the skin when shaving. Because the razor itself is relatively sharp and the dog's coat is relatively long, it is easy to break the skin if you shave directly against the skin. So keep some distance from your skin in the beginning.
2. After shaving for a while, turn off the shaver for a while. Because the shaver is always working, the cutter head will become hot. If the shaver continues to work, the temperature of the cutter head will be relatively high. If it accidentally touches the dog's skin, it will cause pain and the dog will refuse to shave.
3. When shaving feet, it is best to do it from behind. This is safer and the dog will not resist too much. When shaving the abdomen, it is best to find another person to straighten the dog's body. Curling up together can easily break the skin. Also be careful not to shave your dog’s nipples.
