1. When consigning goods, the shipper should fill in the domestic freight consignment form and go through the consignment procedures with the cargo department of China Airlines or its agent with his or her resident ID card or other valid identity documents. If Air China's cargo department or its agent requires the shipper to provide a letter of introduction or other valid certificates, the shipper should also provide it.

2. When consigning fresh and perishable items, live animals, emergency items and goods with time restrictions, the shipper should first book the flight, date, and tonnage with the airline's cargo department, and proceed at the agreed time and location. Shipping procedures.

3. The shipper shall present valid certification documents when consigning goods that are subject to civil aviation restrictions and that need to be handled by public security, quarantine and other relevant departments.

4. The shipper shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all contents in the cargo consignment letter and the information and documents provided.

5. TrustIf the shipper consigns goods that cannot be transported together due to different transportation conditions or due to the nature of the goods, they should fill in the freight consignment form separately.

Things to note when transporting animals

1. Packaging preparation: A special plastic flight box is required, and ordinary household iron pet cages are not qualified.

2. Preparation for quarantine: The airport will require you to take your pet for quarantine, and the quarantine fee is 20 to 30 yuan. The quarantine certificate must be attached to the waybill.

3. Time preparation: After selecting your flight, you must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the plane in time after completing quarantine. Rail transportation

Except for a few cities, most domestic railways allow pets to be transported, and the price is much cheaper than air transportation. However, first you need to hold an animal quarantine certificate recognized by the railway transportation department. The general inspection fee is about 20 yuan. Railway transportation usually uses relatively tightly enclosed luggage compartments. Although the owner is allowed to take care of the luggage, it still cannot solve the problem of excessive temperatures in summer and severe cold in winter.
