 3. Gastrointestinal symptoms

Mechanical irritation and toxic effects caused by adult worms parasitizing in the small intestinal mucosa. Patients may experience nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc., accompanied by symptoms such as fever, anemia, and general malaise

 4. Diffuse strongyloidiasis

It may occur in patients who have long-term use of immunosuppressants or suffer from various wasting diseases, congenital immune deficiencies and AIDS. Due to the migration of a large number of larvae in the body, intestinal bacteria can be introduced into the bloodstream, causing sepsis, etc.
